I've lived in Muslim countries, can say 'salaam aliykum' and have muslim friends and colleagues. Does that make me a muslim on the sly?
My suggestion to you? Learn to stop believing your 100% controlled and deeply biased US media, get your first passport and travel the world a while and stop thinking the world revolves around America - it doesn't; never did and never will. Simply put - grow the hell up.

It is the ignorant Americans that believe all Muslims are terrorists. There are extremists that hate America but there have been extremists catholic cults that have had gun battles with the F.B.I. and if you buy all the crap the bias media shoves down your throat then your loosing our one true freedom to think for yourself. Both side of the media blow things out of proportion and sling dirt at the other side. It isn't one sides fault for our country being in the hole it is now. DeleteAn educated person learns from others and speaks with knowledge. Being a Muslim means that you submit your will to do the Will of GOD. That is not a bad thing. The problem with ignorant people is that they think a person who straps bombs to themselves is an example of a Muslim. Not by far. The shooter at Sandy Hook went to church. The boy who shot up on the Batman night was a known Christian. To connect Islam with terrorist is like connecting Christianity to these 2 guys. ReplyDeleteOmg. Focus on the good he has done and NOT what religion he claims. He is a Christian but even if he were Muslim I couldn't care less! He is a person of good moral standing, he has kept more of his campaign promises than any president in recent memory, and he is fucking brilliant and articulate. Our standing with the rest of the world is improving, the economy is on track to recovery and I for one am proud to call Barack Obama MY PRESIDENT. Unfortunately, no matter how good of a job he does. the right-wing nut jobs will NEVER give him any credit. I've written off those people long ago, but the sad thing is, that he hasn't done that. He is unwavering in his concern for "We the people"...
