why does Gaddafi keep referring to Al Qaeda..."it's al qaeda, it's al qaeda!" if that single force has been so interestingly NOT so easy to peg? Some sources have said that Al Qaeda doesn't really exist, that it was just a data base created by the USA and the CIA. It's seems logical that middle east would want to move against western interest and begin to demand gold instead of fiat currency to topple their control, but why do both sides of this conflict keep referring to an organization that has no base in reality?

He was a brutal dictator that only wanted gold backed currency so he could get out from under the American Empire, and do his evil without their financially thwarting him. And the US regime couldn't have that so they offed him.
