By far the best herb or spice for pain relief is got to be Kratom. It has helped me with so much pain relief. Took me off these damn pharma pills and makes living much more enjoyable. ReplyDeleteIn that second video, I disagree with Ginger being number one. Look into Tumeric, very powerful and related to ginger.
The last two are audios and not really worth watching as a video.
As far as my 2cents on source; try http://maisonterre.net/ for organic. I choose to buy small amounts and use frequently as opposed to buying in bulk and worrying about them going bad.
