The deer crossings are controlled, by fences, tunnels and other measures they can take to, like she said direct the Deer population to the areas they wish to. The signs are there because that is where the Deep population is/has been directed to cross from. She didnt explain her case very well, unfortunately.

DeleteI don't know where you are from but it doesn't work that way here. The state puts the signs where the heavy activity is to warn drivers. What is going on with people these days!?!

I agree with her. The deer are state property which makes the state liable for the any damage because of legislation. You have to have a license to hunt deer, the state claims all animals as it's property. Let your dog bite someone...you'll be liable in court.
