I don't you can do that. They have to be able to see inside your bags they even say you have to use TSA approved locks, so to lock bags that aren't see through is just begging for your bags to be scrutinized.
a better way to do the ipad would be to put a zip tie horizontally and another one vertically then put the cable through the intersection.

what about the TSA's need to touch everything? Won't they ask why these items are sealed? IDK I refuse to fly b/c of TSA
What if the TSA fondles your private parts? Can I wear a chastity belt or do they have to see through that?
